Question 1: What size should I order?
Answer: First of all go by our US Sizes, not our EU sizes, because they are made on US sizing increments.  Remember for Women they run 1/2 to Full size small.  So women need to go up 1/2-Full size in Leming Footwear.  For Men they run from true-to-size to 1/2 size small.  So men need to order true-to-size or up 1/2 size if they are on the border.  We recommend you go by the US size that your foot measures at a shoe store on a standard shoe sizing device, and follow our instructions for how they run..

Question 2: If I order the wrong size what can I do?  Should I order two sizes to be sure?
Answer:  If you order the wrong size you can easily exchange it, however if you think you are on the border between two sizes, we recommend that you order both and return the one that doesn't fit .  We make size exchanges very easy.  You just go on our Easy Returns page and fill out the Return Request form and select "size exchange."  We will email you within 24 hours to give you instructions on how to send it back to us.

Question 3: What is your return policy?
Answer:  You can return your shoes for any reason within 30 days.  Your shoes must be in resellable condition.  They cannot have been worn outside and the soles must be clean of any dust. 

Question 4: What is the difference between the 3 styles?
Answer:  The only difference between the Primal Origins, Survival Origins, and Natural Origins is color.  All materials are exactly the same.
